From my initial inquiry I found the team at South Coast Solar Solutions a great company to work with. I was given multiple storage options for storage and inverters with pros and cons for each. Whilst we did have a minor issue with the final installation due to a miscommunication between the survey team and the office this was dealt with fairly quickly and I was kept updated by both Sally and Dean directly which is appreciated and the benefit of dealing with a smaller company. I could not fault the install team, the roofers fitting the panels worked nearly and ensured all panels were aligned for aesthetics and bird proofing was neatly installed so that it is barley noticeable. Conor the electrician is highly knowledgeable and ensured that all cable routings were well thought out and run so that they are neat and hidden. He also advised on the best settings to run in the mobile app to ensure optimal usage of solar, battery and low rate tariffs. Although I have dropped one star due to the issue with the survey, I believe this has been dealt with by the company and lessons learnt. I would still recommend to others due to the swift solution and recovery.

Excellent service from seeking a quote, to the process of asking about it and going to agreeing the proposal, through to the admin team organising the scaffolding and installation day and the actual installation which was executed, brilliantly efficiently. Hard to know how the service could have been better. Would highly recommend this local and expert team who give a bespoke and specialist service.

South coast Solar solutions made my De vision easy. They were professional during th quote .They were attentive and answered all my questions and gave me information I could research with finance options as well. the survey was done within a week of two of accepting the quote and finance set up Wow when it came to the install the scaffolders were amazing and intuitive The day of the install the panel crew were experienced arrived on time and completed within 4 hours. The engineer was wonderfully knowledgeable and talked me through all the details. Such a wonder easy experience from start to finish I highly recommend South coast Solar solutions

We have just had an extremely efficient service with South Coast Solar Solutions. From our first consultation 2 weeks ago, we now have our solar panels in-situ! Amazing service and all staff were extremely professional. The electricians who fitted the panels were delightful and worked really hard all day, taking time to explain everything before they left. The guys who did the scaffolding were also very polite and professional. A fantastic service from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Unbeatable price for my inverter and battery storage. Vince helped check my requirements and helped choose the right install for my needs, the quote was very reasonable for the work to be carried out. The timeframe for the work to be done was quick and they worked around my busy life schedule. Job was to add a new inverter and battery storage to existing panels. Tim the installer was top notch, no issues of any kind. You could see his experience really helped make the job effortless. Less than 6 hours to take out the old inverter in the loft, run new cables to the new system mounted outside and finish the job to a high standard. Hands down if your think of solar, I would recommend you speak with South Coast Solar Solutions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jim.

We've had our Solar panels fitted now for three weeks. Installation went well, other than a delay for a few days with the electrics not being connect. Very tidy battery system in our garage giving us ample of electricity storage. We live in a very exposed area by the sea so on an easterly wind we have a tapping noise from the panels. They’ve tried hard to fix it, not successfully though at the moment. I feel confident though that they will find the issue. In all we are really pleased and satisfied with the company and the solar system. Thank you Dean & Claire

Excellent efficient service provided on installing my solar panels. After many rejection's from other company’s, which put doubt in my mind over whether I would be able to have panels erected due to the fact that they would have to be placed on my flat roof. Every company that I contacted refused to even consider installing them. However along came South Coast Solar Solutions and agreed to go ahead. The time scale was very quick and was undertaken by a friendly group of your staff. All completed in less than a week from making first contact with you, and installed in half a day. They responded well and turned up exactly as they promised. The quote was sensible and once I accepted it they carried out the install again when promised. Their engineer was very good and he explained how to use the inverter and left the side clean and tidy. Excellent service all round at a sensible price .

The South Coast Solar Solutions Team were all amazing and incredibly helpful. From the get-go Niall was helpful and able to answer any questions I had while deciding what system would work best for us. When Dean came to do the survey again, he was very helpful with any other questions I had and helping me understand how the setup will go and where best for the equipment to be placed. During the survey we also were able to add more panels onto the quote because of available space. The day of the installation went smoothly, even in the rain the team pushed through and did an amazing job on the installation. Connor was very friendly and great at going through how the system works and in helping me get all set up on the app. Shaun and Jake were also very friendly and did a great job with installing the panels even in the pouring rain. All in all, I am extremely happy with the installation and will very much be recommending South Coast Solar Solutions to my friends and family. Thank you

I contacted South Coast Solar Solutions with a view to getting solar and battery. I had a very helpful discussion with Niall who went through all the options in a very clear and understandable way and also pointed out important info that other companies had not mentioned to me. Although I didn’t place an order I would have confidence in this company based on my experience so far. I have given 4/5 as I can’t vouch for their product delivery but experience so far was very good.

What a breath of fresh air. Niall the sales person contacted me to discuss what I may need on my small semi. Niall was upfront and told me that my roof was not big enough for solar panels. He recommended a battery to store power. However, once we had worked out my annual usage of electricity Niall told me it was not worth my while as the savings would be minimal on the expenditure. It is very refreshing to meet a company where they are upfront and honest about YOUR needs. I would wholly recommend this company on this alone. Also put my mind at rest that I do not need to go down either solar or battery route and just keep my eye on my personal usage and save the planet that way. Thank you Niall for your patience and honesty.

We had an excellent experience using this company from start to finish. They were able to adapt to my changing needs and they fitted the solar panels and Tesla battery in less than two days. Everything ran to schedule. I have had the system just over a month and it all works as expected. Even in these winter months there is enough light to generate power. I would highly recommend them and the whole team are easy to work with.
